Mississippi Valley St. Paul Forester
I am a forester in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers working in hardwood forest regeneration on the Mississippi floodplain. I have a background in research at Purdue University, where I obtained my master's degree, as well as the Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies. My research focused on the regeneration of hardwood species and restoration of lands affected by mining and oil wells. Born and raised in Virginia, I have spent most of my adult life in the midwestern U.S. with my wife Danae.
